DAP leaders have come out with all their guns blazing at PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang, reminding him of his far from sterling track record.
They said having lost two states to BN strips him of his right to question PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail's capability to be the Selangor menteri besar.
Selangor DAP chief Tony Pua described him "as the man who lost Terengganu overwhelmingly after becoming menteri besar for just one term and the man who refused to replace the Kedah menteri besar even after the latter was bedridden for months in hospital."
PAS eventually lost Kedah in the last general election.
Selangor DAP vice-president Teng Chan Khim said Hadi's track record as PAS president is a dismal one as the Islamic party lost both Terengganu and Kedah under his tenure.
"The facts speak for themselves.
"Hadi was the MB when PAS lost power in Trengganu and he was the president of PAS when it lost power in Kedah.
"That is the record of his capability," he added in stinging statement.
Meanwhile, Institute of Democracy and Economic Affairs (Ideas) CEO Wan Saiful Wan Jan tried to recall Hadi's performance in Parliament.
"Remind me please. What was the last clever thing that supreme leader Hadi said in parliament?" asked Wan Saiful.
